The Hurricanes will try to savour their dramatic win over the Blues in Super Rugby Aotearoa, while the Chiefs will be ruing a second half from hell that saw them lose a 24-7 halftime lead to the Highlanders and eventually go down 33-31.  Crusaders Rugby live

Jack Goodhue doesn’t need told what’s coming his way in Christchurch on Saturday night.

Sure, the Crusaders' midfielder was kicking back at Franz Josef while Ngani Laumape was steam rolling the Blues last weekend, but it changes nothing.

He was already bracing for the powerful midfielder and resurgent Hurricanes, the last away team to win a Super Rugby match in Christchurch (2016).

Of course, Laumape’s eye-popping performance, which included him skinning and trampling former Hurricane Beauden Barrett in an impressive win, has only added juice to the matchup of All Blacks.

The longer I have played the more I have enjoyed those matchups that are real challenges. You don't always come out the best from them, but you always come out a better player,’’ Goodhue said. Watch Crusaders Rugby Game

‘’I think it’s pretty obvious why he’s tough to tackle. He’s a strong man, he carries hard, he played awesome in the weekend.
